FYI.; All parts are painted with high temperature paint, with the exception of the cooking grate. This is because the flame of the charcoal or wood will peel the paint off the grate onto the food. We have researched this and am looking for a solution. We supply you with a small amount of oil to apply on the grate to keep it in prime condition.
